Privacy

A scan stores the business name, trade, city, website, email, and what ChatGPT answered. The Fix Kit and monitoring status are stored with that scan. Leaderboard pages store businesses ChatGPT named in a separate check. We do not sell the list.

Email is sent through Resend from the address in EMAIL_FROM, defaulting to hello@getaiseen.app. Unsubscribe links stop the drip, the leaderboard note, and monitoring alerts. They do not cancel a Stripe subscription. Use the receipt for that.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We store the checkout id, customer id, and subscription id so we can unlock the right scan. We do not store card numbers.

Scan and report links are unlisted. Anyone with the link can open that scan.
